SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer USPS Flat Rate and UPS domestic Shipping. Shipping costs for dry beans, dinner mixes and merchandise are calculated at checkout, based on order volume.

All orders ship Monday – Thursday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders must be placed by 2pm CST to be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm CST will be processed and shipped out the next business day.

Enjoy FREE Shipping every day, on online orders with a subtotal of $40 or more*, shipped anywhere in the contiguous U.S. (This excludes AK and HI). We reserve the right to determine the method of shipment.

P.O. BOXES

If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer USPS Ground Shipping only. Please ensure you complete the prompts in Step 3 of checkout to guarantee delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS, MILITARY ADDRESSES AND SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE DOMESTIC U.S.

At this time, we do not ship to international destinations, or outside the domestic U.S. (Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands). We recommend having it shipped to friend/family member in the U.S. and then them shipping to you OR ordering from one of our wholesalers or Amazon.

Military mailing addresses in the US have a unique format that must be input in a specific way. If the address is entered incorrectly, then the order might not arrive to the intended recipient.

There are 3 different types of US military address:

• Army/Air Post Office (APO)
• Fleet Post Office (FPO)
• Diplomatic Post Office (DPO)

The recipients name must be entered into the Name field, but their rank is optional.

The PSC and BOX numbers for AP addresses, or the UNIT and BOX numbers for FPO and DPO addresses, must both be in the Address field.

The City field must contain only APO, FPO, or DPO. Don't enter the name of the city.

United States must be selected in the Country/Region field.

Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific must be selected in the State field. These location might be entered in abbreviated form by your customer as Armed Forces America (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), or Armed Forces Pacific (AP).
