A festive Fleur De Lis Pasta represents the city and its football team (though the New Orleans Saints are out of the running for the Super Bowl). and symbolizes rebirth and resilience for the city. The pasta is made in small batches, extruded through special bronze dies, and dried, for artisanal quality pasta in fun shapes. A special Louisiana Pasta set sells for $14.95 and also includes crawfish shaped pasta and alligator shaped pasta.
