12 oz Box of D'Agostino Bucatini Pasta

Also known as Bucatini, Perciatelli is known for being a thick spaghetti-like pasta with a hole going through the center. The name comes from the Italian word perciato, meaning pierced. In Italian cuisine, it's served with buttery sauces, pancetta, vegetables, cheese, eggs or sardines. This pasta can also be used in recipes that call for spaghetti.

All D'Agostino pasta is made in-house using the "delicate" method developed centuries ago in Palermo, Sicily. Small quantities of pasta are extruded through bronze dies created specifically for each shape. The pasta is carefully looped over wooden rods, straightened, then air-dried in wooden cellars.
